This should be read carefully. These terms and conditions are binding if you are to use our service.

The warranty covers all TIM dental treatment for five years. TIM dental surgery gives five year warranty for the treatment proposed by the office personnel. If a patient demands any other kind of treatment which is not proposed by office personnel, the warrantee is excluded.
The warranty is valid if a patient attends an annual check-up which is free of charge.
If there is a need to perform scaling, calculus removal or any kind of oral hygiene services, the services are billed according to the price list. 
If there is an implant failure caused by any condition influenced by oral surgeon work, TIM dental surgery will replace it free of charge.
Travelling and accommodation costs are excluded and not covered by this warranty.

SmileSafeDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with transportation upon your arrival and drive you to your accommodation within the city of Belgrade.
SmileSafeDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with transportation to and from the TIM dental surgery throughout your dental treatment.
SmileSafeDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with transportation from your accommodation to the airport on your departure.
SmileSafeDentist.co.uk is not obliged to provide you with transportation at any other times or for any purpose which is not specific to the service provided by our company.

SmileSafeDentist.co.uk is obliged to provide you with a topped-up sim card and be of personal, informal assistance (ie not legal or medical) 24 hours a day in the case of an emergency. Should you need emergency medical assistance, we will help you to get the aid you need.
In the event of health or dental complications, TIM dental surgery reserves the right to change or stop treatment according to circumstances. TIM will always endeavour to consult with patients prior to such action taking place in order to explain fully any likely consequences of a continuation of dental treatment.
Due to changes associated with the costs of dental treatment and materials, which are beyond the control of TIM and/or SmileSafeDentist.co.uk, the total price of treatment may change.

The final amount must be settled by the end of the treatment at the TIM dental surgery in Dinars or Euros.
SmileSafeDentist.co.uk and TIM dental surgery guarantee 90% accuracy of the basic price agreed.
SmileSafeDentist.co.uk is not obliged to organise tourist tours. However, we may give advice and be of assistance to our clients and even organise the tours but under separate arrangments.

The TIM warranty does not apply if:
Patient's oral hygiene is neglected.
The denture is not used properly.
The denture is not cleaned with dental cleaning supplies and tools.
The denture is damaged due to reasons for which the TIM dental surgery cannot take responsibility for (e.g. falls down, fight, accident or other events caused by drugs, alcohol or other extra-ordinary causes).
Patient looses significant weight in a short period of time.
Problems are caused by voluntary malnutrition.
Problems are caused by psychological or other mental disorders, illnesses.
Avoidable delay in reporting any problem connected with our treatment.
Patient does not attend an annual check-up which is free of charge.
